ENT Physician Locums Job Starting in October and Ongoing | Oklahoma or IMLC License Apply

One of our partnering facilities is seeking ENT locums coverage beginning in October and ongoing for at least 6 months. Will consider candidates with one week or more of ongoing availability during this timeframe. Clinic and call schedule:
--Need coverage 1-2 weeks per month
--On-site hours 8am-5pm with rotating call overnight
--1/2 day per week surgical block
--Rotating weekend call

Details/Requirements:
--Start date: October and ongoing for at least 6 months
--Highly prefer active OK licensed candidates. Would accept IMLC if needed 
--Average # of patients per day: 15-20
--ENT cases: General ENT issues, Pediatric ENT, head and neck conditions, sinus-related problems, otology, head and neck cancers, facial flap procedures, and endocrine surgery. 
--Subspecialty expectations: Facial plastics/head & neck cancers-Liu, Skull base, thyroid, parotid, sinus
--Facial trauma skills welcome, but not required
--Procedures: In-office: ear tubes, nasal endoscopies, flexible laryngoscopies OR-ear tubes peds, everything else OR
--Advanced tools or technology used: Image-guided sinus surgery and laser
--Surgical and diagnostic equipment available: flexible laryngoscopies, rigid nasal endoscopies
--ENT staff: three physicians
--Locum will be working independently
--Support Staff: 5 APP's and clinic support staff available 
--Beds: 500+
--Trauma level: 2
--EMR: Cerner
