- 100% pediatric-focused position with secondary and tertiary complex surgical cases
- Call schedule of 1:10, supported by residents and APPs; no trauma call required
- Team of 2 - 3 APPs dedicated to pediatrics, handling routine cases and perioperative care
- Option to hold an Assistant Professor appointment at an affiliated medical institution
- ENT residency program on-site with medical student rotations available
- Hospital-employed position with a well-established children's hospital in Texas
- Visa support available; new graduates and experienced physicians welcome
