Opportunity to walk into a busy, collaborative clinic and hit the ground running.
Seeking a General ENT with call coverage 1:6 for a Level II Trauma Center.
Strong support staff, including Advanced Practice Providers and Audiologists. Epic EMR.
Non-profit physician-led organization. Growth opportunities available through the Clinician Leadership Institute.
Financial package includes base salary plus quality and production-based incentives.
Robust benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid malpractice with tail coverage, 30+ days PTO, and excellent retirement saving plans.
50K signing bonus, relocation assistance, and up to 18K final year training stipend.
