ENT Physician Locums Job | Yakima, Washington | 07/28/2025-12/31/2025 | Assignment #109128 

Coverage Needs: 
- Full-time coverage starting July and ongoing
- Clinic hours plus Call
- 1:4 Call schedule
- 30-minute respond time

Assignment Details/Requirements:
- Reason for Coverage: Help with staffing during long-term permanent search.
- Privileging Timeline: Temporary/expedited privileges with CLEAN background, 60-90 day timeline otherwise.
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- Required Procedures: “Bread and Butter” ENT procedures
- Volume: 2 phone consults, 1 patient seen per shift.
- Requirements: Board Certified, Fellowship (preferred), WA license or IMLC, ATLS, BLS
- Facility Information: Trauma Level 3, >200 staffed beds, >85,000 annual ER visits
- EMR: EPIC
