Physician owned, multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician who values high quality care and work/life balance to join their team in the heart of Washington state!Details: Full-time position General ENT practice, but fellowships welcome Join a team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP Four or five-day schedule available One surgical day per week Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday and#8211; Thursday block every five weeks) Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program Epic EMR Ideal candidate should have: Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Compensation/Benefits May Include: Annual salary range: $498,149 to $538,539 First year salary guarantee, RVU production in year two Signing Bonus Generous time off One-year physician partnership track for US candidates 401(k) match and profit sharing Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20k Continuing medical education allowance of $10k every two years Navigate Student Loan Counseling for the life of your student loan repayment Generous Healthcare/Vision/Dental Annual Premium paid for provider and family Professional liability insurance No state income tax!
