  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology
  • Completed 1-yr ACGME-accredited Fellowship in Pain Medicine

Pain Management / Anesthesiology Physician

We are partnering with a respected, patient-focused medical practice to identify a skilled and compassionate Pain Management / Anesthesiology Physician. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based pain care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Position Summary

The Pain Management / Anesthesiology Physician is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. This role combines clinical expertise in anesthesiology and interventional pain management with a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop individualized, multimodal pain management treatment plans
  • Perform interventional pain procedures as appropriate (e.g., injections, nerve blocks, etc.)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations
  • Adhere to all applicable medical, ethical, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and/or Pain Medicine
  • Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred
  • Active, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain Arizona licensure upon hire
  • Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

Compensation

  • $350,000 base salary with lucrative bonus potential
  • Potential ownership shares in an Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Participation in ancillary, non–Ambulatory Surgery Center revenue streams

Additional Requirements

  • Must be licensed in Arizona upon hire
