Private Family of 2 ,male 61yo. seriously ill and female 87yo. seriously ill  looking for Private MD Consierge type  Pain Doctor  to see them 1 time  per month for 1 hour or less in  total per month ,

Goal is to create life conditions  Comfortable as possible untill life expiration will takes place .

Telefone or video appointment are possible instead of physical in person visit.

We can do 1in person  visit and 3 video calls type thing .

Just to start our relationship the pay will be 1000 per hour per visit.

Same goes for telefone /video appointments 1000 per.

For Doctors who travel from away ,per diem will be appointed

As relationship  progress and become very Kind and pleasant ,there will be more money
