The Opportunity
Outpatient private practice interventional pain management
RFAs and needle procedures are most common
No call, no weekends
Lifestyle-focused position with a flexible weekday schedule; home most days before 5 PM
Up to $600,000 base + $50,000 sign-on bonus + productivity incentives = $650K+ in Year 1 ($150 per patient after 13/day)
Immediate need: Experienced candidates preferred. No time to train
