Details/Requirements for Assignment:
» Board Certified Pain Management/Anesthesia physician
» Pain Management Fellowship required
» Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Friday half day)
» Approximately 25 patients per day
» Procedures: Facets, ESI, RFTC, Spinal cord stim trials, Kyphos (not a deal breaker), Joints
» Medications prescribes: NSAIDS, opioids, muscle relaxers
» EMR is eClinical Works
