- Solo practice with NP support; multimodal and interventional approach
- Fluoroscopy-guided injections including epidurals, facet injections, and RFA
- Board-certified in pain medicine required; ACGME fellowship required
- PM and R candidates accepted if board-certified and fellowship-trained in pain management
- Malpractice covered; full benefits available for W2 employees including PTO and 401k
