Pain Management Multi Specialty Group job located in South Carolina

Seeking a Pain Management physician (Physiatrist/PMR/Anesthesia) with interventional pain training and/or experience in Columbia, SC.  100% outpatient pain management with evaluations and interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections/medial branch blocks, selective nerve root blocks, sacroiliac injections, trigger point injections, discography, sympathetic blockades, various arthrocentesis, percutaneous discectomy, Radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, etc.  Fully staffed and equipped in-office procedure suite with fluoroscopy and RF pulse generator.  Prefer fellowship trained BC/BE in "Pain Management" but will consider candidates that have advanced training or experience in pain procedures.

Benefits:

1.      Base salary $300,000 first year depending on experience or 35% of collections whichever is higher.  Collections calculated on office visits, diagnostic testing, and procedures performed by the physician
2.      Profit sharing for the clinic. 20% of the net profit paid to the physician in addition to salary
