PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY: Smithfield
Riverside Health is seeking a full-time Pain Management/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, patient-centered team in Smithfield, Virginia. This practice is located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art medical office building adjacent to Riverside Smithfield Hospital, which opened in January 2026.

• Smithfield (Full-time)
• Focus on comprehensive pain management and functional restoration
• Outpatient-focused practice environment
• Brand new procedure room located in the new Riverside Smithfield Hospital 
• Passionate about evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and improving patient quality of life through non-surgical and interventional approaches
• Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support
• Collaborative, physician-led culture
• Outpatient narcotic medication management will be part of this practice
• 1:4 weekend call only
• Cover 2 locations
• Hiring Range: $317,000 - $411,000 
  (Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance)
• BE/BC in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine or related specialty required
• Pain Medicine Fellowship preferred
• Experience performing and interpreting Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies preferred
• Unable to support any visa providers
