A facility in Americus, GA is looking for a locum tenens Pathologist to assist with locum coverage the week of July 28 - August 1. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold an active GA license to apply.
The facility is located in Americus, GA.
The daily case volume ranges from 10 to 20 cases, with the majority being breast and colon, along with GYN, GI biopsies, colectomies, and cancer cases. Grossing is required but limited to a few cases per month. Frozen sections are also required, but a technician, not the locum, will handle the cutting.
