Overview
Our client, a leading autism therapy provider in Michigan, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their dynamic clinical team. This position focuses on delivering engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct 30-minute, engaging therapy sessions with children diagnosed with ASD

Maintain detailed daily treatment notes and submit monthly progress summaries by the 1st of each month

Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary professionals to design and adjust treatment goals

Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Submit accurate timesheets in line with Central Reach calendar deadlines

Prepare essential reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC documentation) to support client care

Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires as needed

Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/license in Michigan

Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric care or working with children
