Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Overview
Our client, a leading autism therapy provider in Michigan, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their dynamic clinical team. This position focuses on delivering engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 30-minute, engaging therapy sessions with children diagnosed with ASD

  • Maintain detailed daily treatment notes and submit monthly progress summaries by the 1st of each month

  • Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary professionals to design and adjust treatment goals

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

  • Submit accurate timesheets in line with Central Reach calendar deadlines

  • Prepare essential reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC documentation) to support client care

  • Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires as needed

  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/license in Michigan

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric care or working with children
