- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days
- ACLS required
- Roughly 20 - 30 cases per day
- Surgical, GI, GU, breast, GYN, frozens, non-GYN cytology, no grossing or GYN cytology
- Credentialing needed
- DEA not needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
