- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- Provider with recent experience in pediatric trauma and pediatric fellowship required
- Mix of adult (80%), peds (20%)
- Bread & butter cases, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, urology, ortho, spine, dental, MRI, endoscopy
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
