• $460k the first year, more as a partner (18 months to partnership) with buy-in
• $615+ for total compensation package
• $50k signing bonus, 401(k) is $70k contribution, $3K CME stipend, $10K for relocation expenses

• Pediatric anesthesiologist will also need to do general anesthesiology procedures
