This facility is seeking an advanced practitioner for coverage in the PCICU. The hospital provides comprehensive pediatric critical care services with appropriate staffing support including multiple APPs and attending physicians.

Pennsylvania offers diverse attractions including the Brandywine River Museum of Art, historic sites, and outdoor activities such as horseback riding and skiing in the Pocono Mountains. Visitors can explore notable destinations like Eastern State Penitentiary, Longwood Gardens, and various theme parks, while the state provides opportunities for walking tours and leaf-viewing along Lake Erie's shores.

The clinician will provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients in the PCICU working 12-hour day shifts and 14-hour night shifts with 60% of shifts being nights. Responsibilities include managing 5 patients during day shifts and 7 patients during night shifts. The position requires board certification and prescriptive authority. The clinician will work alongside 1-2 other APPs and an attending physician to ensure optimal patient care.
