Job Description
We're recruiting a board certified physician leader to direct Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics in a large, well resourced environment. You'll set vision and strategy, elevate clinical programs, mentor faculty, and drive scholarly output.
Role Highlights:
Division leadership with strategic and operational ownership across clinical, research, and academic missions.
Outpatient focused practice with strong multidisciplinary support; no inpatient call.
Protected time for program development, mentoring, and research activities.
The Position:
Shape and execute the Division's research strategy; seek/secure external funding; ensure protocol compliance; disseminate findings via publications and conferences.
Lead clinical program excellence—optimize workflows, expand evidence based services, and improve outcomes.
Provide faculty development and mentorship
Deliver patient centered outpatient care for developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
Flexible outpatient schedule
Dedicated support team (APPs, nursing, and support staff) to enable leadership focus and clinical efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
