A Children's hospital in West Texas is searching for a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician who desires to build their program. The need is strong and will be backed by a Three-Year Salary Guarantee
The Opportunity:
Outpatient developmental-behavioral pediatrics opportunity as part of a children's hospital multi-specialty group.
Step into a ready-made practice with a dedicated Children's Hospital with a multidisciplinary team of child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychology already in place!
Catchment area of 3 million population in a 150-mile radius to easily build a practice
Strong support from community physicians bringing consistent referral patterns
Enjoy a flexible work week with an option for a 4 or 5 day week
Spanish fluency is a plus!
Compensation and Benefits Details:
Compensation is structured as a salary with a three year salary guarantee to ensure financial success and start up
Paid Time Off - 4 weeks
