Dates of Coverage: 
-- August 1 - Ongoing 
-- Call is needed for 10 days a month, predominately newborn care

Assignment Details #108636: 
-- Call only, Beeper
-- Call Response Time: 30 Minutes 
-- Level 1 PEDS trauma facility 
-- Average Patients per shift: 2 
-- Beds in Department: 8 
-- Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 Days
-- PALS and NRP Certification 
-- Active Arizona license or Active IMLC
-- Board Eligible/Certified 
-- Admissions required 
-- EMR: Medhost 
-- Skills required: Intubation (ENT/INT, Nursey Level I, Attend C-sections/high risk, Non-invasive vent management (bipap/cpap)
