About the position

A 128-bed acute care facility offering comprehensive cardiac care, including open heart surgery and cardiac catheterization. The hospital's Women's Center features maternity care suites with home-like comfort, and the rehabilitation program focuses on joint, muscle and bone injuries.

The Facility is a 222-bed acute care facility serving the greater Springdale community for over 50 years. The hospital was the first in Arkansas to offer minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery at the robotic surgery Institute. It is also home to an accredited Chest Pain Center and is the site of the first open heart surgery in the state.

The other Hospital is a 64-bed full-service facility dedicated solely to women's health needs. For new mothers, the facility offers everything from obstetrics to a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies. The Breast Imaging Center is home to the first 3D mammography technology in Northwest Arkansas, providing detection of breast tumors and abnormalities at the earliest possible stages. The hospital also offers menopause management, gynecologic oncology, and cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.
