Job Description
Physician-led hospital-based group, one of the few locally governed hospitals in the state of California giving providers a lot of autonomy! 12 shifts per month with Primary call and secondary call from home
6-bed, Special Care Nursery and 5-bed Pediatric unit with strong NP support on rounding
Base salary up to $240K depending on shift amounts + $80,000 recruiting incentive package
Comprehensive benefits and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program available
