- 24-hour call coverage
- Average total census 10 - 15 patients
- Pediatric floor census: 3 - 5 patients per day
- Level 1 and 2 nursery coverage
- Required skills include lumbar punctures and ED consults
- Intubation skills needed for emergencies only
- NRP and PALS certifications required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
