- 24-hour shifts -- 14 hours in-house plus 10 hours on-call
- 15 newborns per day average with 160 monthly admissions
- 20-bed newborn unit
- Level 1 hospital -- transfers complex cases
- Procedures include LPs and patient stabilization
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
