Job Description
Work in a non-academic position joining a collegial team of 40 to care for medically complex patients and enjoy amazing subspecialty support, including pediatric intensivists
The Opportunity:
Join a growing pediatric hospitalist team of 35+. The reason for the position is due to recent hospital expansion
Average Daily Census is capped at 12 patients per day per hospitalist
Full-time is 14 shifts per month
No pediatric hospitalist fellowship required
No newborn rounding or nursery call is required
Work in a beautiful children's hospital located in the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas of the Dallas, Texas metroplex
Epic EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is structured as a salary based on years experience
Optional shifts available, if desired
Quality Bonus of up to $10,000 per year
CME $4,500 stipend
