Responsibilities

• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
• Shared coverage of two Level II NICUs:
  • Orange Park Medical Center – 10-bed NICU
  • Memorial Medical Center – 10-bed NICU
• Care for infants 30 weeks+ or 1250g+, following Florida Level II guidelines
• Work as part of a highly collegial team:
  • 6 Neonatologists
  • 1 Pediatrician
  • 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• APPs provide night and weekend in-house coverage, with neonatologists on home call
• Providers also participate in normal newborn care in partnership with pediatricians
• Practice at one of the two hospital systems—no cross-city commuting
