Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a BoardCertified/BoardEligible Neonatologist to join a compassionate, highly skilled team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, home to a Level III NICU in the heart of New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes region. This position is ideal for physicians who value highquality, communityfocused care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Whether you are looking to establish longterm roots or prefer a block schedule that supports commuting, this role offers meaningful clinical work with flexibility and balance. With strong hospital partnerships and access to pediatric subspecialty support, you’ll practice in an environment dedicated to delivering exceptional newborn care while enjoying a lifestyle that prioritizes wellbeing.   • Eight 24hour inhouse shifts per month
  • Option to cover transport call from home
  • Schedule designed to support worklife balance and commuting physicians
Established Level III NICU
  • 20bed Level III NICU
  • Approximately 300 annual NICU admissions
  • Experienced neonatal nurses and pediatric specialists
  • Advanced technology, including highfrequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
Comprehensive Perinatal Support
  • Regional perinatal center
  • Maternalfetal medicine collaboration

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation Range: $275,000 to $300,000 based on years of experience. Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.
