4-Day Workweek MFM Opportunity + Sign-on bonus!
Responsibilities
About the Opportunity:
- Consultative MFM practice with out-patient services and inpatient consult opportunities.
- Outpatient focus on ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, antepartum testing and maternal medical management. AIUM certified including fetal echocardiography.
- Work in 2 main clinics, 2 days/week at each site:
- Bellevue MFM Clinic
- Evergreen Health
- Consultative care provided at two nearby hospitals (Overlake Medical Center and Evergreen Health) with level 3 NICUS with a combined total of about 9,000 annual deliveries.
- Unique, 4-day workweek opportunity
- Fully supported by sonographers, genetic counselors, certified diabetes educators, nutritionists, nurses, and MAs.
- Call coverage is shared equally amongst MFMs

Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Base Pay): $328,000-$525,000Other Types of Pay: Non-guaranteed bonus pool participation up to $200,000 per yearRegular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Paid Sick Leave: Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
