The clinician will manage a diverse pediatric nephrology caseload with comprehensive coverage responsibilities. The position requires maintaining on-call availability from Monday 7 AM through the following Monday 7 AM, including evening and weekend coverage. Clinical duties include conducting outpatient clinic sessions Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a minimum of five patients daily, while also providing inpatient rounds and consultations as needed. The role typically involves 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient coverage, though distribution may vary based on facility requirements.
