Job Description

An expanding non-profit hospital is seeking another Pediatric ENT to join their established team of physicians, APPs, audiologists, and geneticists. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a mix of bread-and-butter cases and complex diagnoses within a vulnerable patient population.

Position Highlights:
  • Design a flexible weekly schedule with dedicated blocks for OR time, clinic, and administrative responsibilities
  • Typical case mix includes myringotomy with PE tube placement, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, laryngoscopies, tympanoplasties, lingual frenuloplasties, tongue-tie releases, and excision of thyroglossal duct cysts
  • $575,000+ total compensation - competitive base salary + productivity bonuses + up to a $25,000 annual quality bonus
  • $75,000 onboarding bonus (post-tax)
