Job Description

An expanding nonprofit Children's Hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric ENT to join a well-established, multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, audiologists, and geneticists. Enjoy a sustainable mix of bread-and-butter pediatric ENT cases and complex diagnoses while caring for a vulnerable patient population.

Position Highlights:
  • Flexible, physician-designed schedule with dedicated OR, clinic, and admin time
  • Broad pediatric ENT case mix (tubes, T&A, laryngoscopy, tympanoplasty, tongue-tie, thyroglossal duct cysts)
  • $575K+ total compensation
  • $75K post-tax recruitment bonus
  • Fellowship stipend available
