This independent, 450-bed community hospital has been serving the public for more than 100 yearsBase salary of $293K.  40-50 pediatric patients per month.  Robust Team Support including nurses, lactation consultants and FM residents.  Teach and be involved in academics (Residents and Medical Students).  PSLF Eligible.  Home to research university with 17,000 students.  18 Pediatric Beds; 19 NICU Beds, Certified Level IIIA.  Shifts: either (8.5) 24 hours or (17) 12 hours- most choose two blocks of 24s per month.  Full Benefits, 403B Retirement, Generous CME.
