The facility operates with dedicated medical assistants, licensed vocational nurses, and advanced practice clinicians who support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient care delivery and optimal outcomes.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive pediatric care managing 18-20 patients per day during day shifts. Responsibilities include conducting newborn examinations for patients 24-48 hours after birth, performing CHDP physicals and wellness exams, managing chronic conditions and medications, and handling sick visits and same-day appointments based on availability. The position requires board certification, prescriptive authority, and no call obligations with charting time built into the daily schedule.
