- Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm with unpaid lunch
- 18 - 25 patients per day
- Well and sick visits required
- Vacation coverage
- ADD/ADHD experience preferred but not required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
