Job Description
Step into a thriving outpatient Pediatrics practice based at an award winning independent hospital! Located in Southern Illinois, just outside of Evansville IN, with easy proximity to St. Louis, Louisville, & Indy.
Current Pediatrics providers are excited to welcome a new physician to the team; happy to provide mentorship if desired
Gorgeous clinic space w lots of natural light
Recruitment is due to a recent retirement & extensive patient demand/practice growth
Many young families relocating to the area - practice is currently fielding 10+ new patient inquiries daily
Highly tenured team of APPs & nurses support the practice; smooth & efficient workflow
Epic
Extremely competitive earning potential (but without the uncertainty that comes with relying on production for 100% of your compensation!)
Generous ongoing base salary (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer) plus additional lucrative wRVU bonuses, as well as a quality bonus. Anticipated pay range of 270-370K+.
Best-in-industry loan support of 300K, sponsored by hospital
Signing bonus & relo stipend
