Job Description
This award-winning Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a pediatrician to join their outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:
Join a collegial group of primary care providers with excellent support staff
Enjoy autonomy to build your practice how you would like with a large referral base and a flexible schedule
The modern outpatient clinic is located adjacent to the hospital
4-day work week and flexible shared newborn rounding with seven providers
Compensation Details:
Ongoing, guaranteed base salary plus a production bonus with total compensation $300,000+
Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
Full, executive level benefits including both a 403b and 457 retirement programs
