Compensation Details:

Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total compensation of $300,000+

Robust recruitment incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipend

6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
