Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary of $300,000+ plus production bonus with total compensation to $450,000.

Recruitment incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend

6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave.
