Pediatrics Hospital Based job located in Michigan

Hospital seeking Locum BC/BE Pediatrician to take newborn nursey call starting 11/1/2024 as well as Christmas coverage
- Dates: Dec. 5,6,11,12,23-30; Jan. 23-24
- 24 hour call
- Avg Patients per day 3-4
- No inpatient pediatrics other than newborns in the nursery (0-5 per day) but will need to round on any babies that have been readmitted at less than 30 days of age for hyperbilirubinemia and failure to thrive.
- 350-400 deliveries per year
- Level I nursery with a Level II L/D
- LDRP unit, so the babies stay with their moms.  Our nursery is Sick/Transitional only and can house up to 3 transitional newborns
- Possibility of newborn nursery call 
- Required: MI License, NRP, PALS, Clean history no MP or background issues, Currently participates in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS, Covid Vaccine
