Job Description
Nationally recognized Minnesota hospital is seeking a pediatrician to join a collegial and collaborative team of providers.
Practice Details:
Join an established group with 2 other pediatric providers
4-Day, 32-Hour work week with just a 1:10 call schedule
See anywhere between 16-20 patients per day - Autonomy to see as many as you prefer
Outpatient with optional rounding and ability to attend deliveries if interested
First ever Minnesota hospital to be named one of the Top 20 Community Hospitals in the nation by the NRHA
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary guarantee in the $290-$310K range plus RVU production - Demonstrated 80th percentile MGMA earning
Comprehensive benefits include up to $100K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
