• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4.5-day work week with half-day for admin tasks
• Call: 1 week every 2 months; no C-section attendance, light inpatient and newborn rounding
• Patient Panel: Gradual ramp-up with mentorship
• Compensation: $250,000–$260,000 base, plus $15,000 annual bonus, and $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Loan Repayment: $50,000–$75,000 NHSC for 2-year full-time service; reapply as needed
