The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive pediatric care to patients from birth through age 21 in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include conducting routine well-child visits, managing acute illness presentations, and maintaining excellent bedside manner in this close community environment. The position requires managing 20-25 patients daily with flexible call coverage that involves minimal phone consultations supported by triage nursing staff. Documentation will be completed using the Office Practicum EMR system with support from four medical assistants and two front desk staff members.
