4-day work week
Collegial group of 5 providers
Support staff includes dedicated MAs, RN case manager, behavioral health specialist, integrated health therapist, front & back office staff
Excellent "wrap-around"/support services for children and families, allowing you to focus first and foremost on high quality patient care
Opportunity for teaching/regular interaction with Family Medicine residents & other learners
$325,000+ Earning Potential
Up to $120,000 Signing Bonus/Annual Retention Bonus - Generous amount negotiable depending on needs and can be used for direct student loan repayment, a down payment on a house, car, etc.
Relocation Assistance
NHSC Active Site (qualifies for up to $100K+ in additional student loan repayment support)
7 weeks' PTO, 5 days' CME, plus holidays
