Responsibilities
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join our dedicated team in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is part of a well-established 3-physician group caring for a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU, with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year. - 3.0 FTE staffing model aiming to maintain flexibility by utilizing a team of four attending physicians.
- Seeking a full-time Neonatologist, though we are open to candidates interested in less than full-time arrangements
- Enjoy a sustainable schedule with call taken from home
- Supported by 24-hour in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage, allowing physicians to maintain balance while ensuring excellent patient care
