Pediatrics job located in Washington

Mason Health is seeking a Pediatrician (PED) to join our team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

Position:

4-day work week mainly outpatient

15-20 Patients per day

Ability to teach and work with students during rotations

EMR-Cerner

Collaborative team seeking a team-focused partner who is interested in a practice that allows autonomy and a supportive administration - Never pushed based on the quantity of patients seen due to our focus on quality patient care

Ability to sponsor J1 and H1B visa waivers

Compensation:

Base salary of $259K

Sign-on bonus starting at $45K

Student loan repayment up to $125K

7 Weeks of PTO

Physician's health insurance premiums covered by the practice

3 Retirement options including a pension plan
