- Full time schedule: 4 10-hour days per week
- Patient load: 16 - 18 patients per day
- 1 procedure day and 3 clinic days weekly
- Interventional pain management procedures required
- Long term coverage needed, minimum 6 months
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
