- 4 ten-hour days Monday through Thursday
- 16 - 18 patients per day
- Epidurals, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation required
- 1 procedure day and 3 clinic days weekly
- Long-term coverage needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
