Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) Mesa, AZ
We are looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) physician to join our multidisciplinary group full time in Mesa, AZ. We are multispecialty practice with locations across the east valley and we are looking for a physician to help us provide high quality care to our patients within those practices. Ideally, we are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) who enjoys working with a multispecialty team, for a multipronged approach to care with a focus on orthopedic/musculoskeletal issues. For almost 20 years, we have been proudly serving the community and due to our fantastic reputation, we continue to grow.

Our Mesa team consists of physical therapists, orthopedic providers, physician assistants, and dedicated support staff, helps our patients get the successful recovery they are looking for with the doctors’ visits, imaging centers, physical therapy clinics and orthopedic clinics all within one location. Duties:
- Performing orthopedic / spinal focused evaluations
- Ordering and interpreting imaging
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Performing non-surgical Injections (Flouro guided large joint, Ultrasound guided tendon/muscle/ligament, Viscosupplementation, Steroid, and Orthobiologics) (Spine or SI injection would be a plus)
- Recommending in-house physical therapy
- Orthopedic Bracing (DME)
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Regular patient follow up and reexams to ensure progress
- Documentation- timely and accurate
Requirements:
- Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) with spine + Extremity experience
- Flouro-guided and ultrasound guided injections experience preferred.
- SI and Spinal Injection experience would be a plus
- MD/DO licensed to practice in AZ
Schedule:
- Full time (M-F 8-5)
Salary (range):
- $220k-$400k
